He laughed. As far as he was concerned, while I was thirty pounds or so over the 'ideal' weight for my height, my blood pressure was at the low end of the normal scale, my blood sugar was just dandy, my cholesterol was excellent, I exercise regularly, and while my diet isn't perfect, it's still more than adequate. |
