Surely if they were really doing it to dieting improve local health services, the map should by rights be far, far broader in scope? What about heroin addictsObesity, (God, how I dislike that word), is hardly the only thing bleeding the NHS dry. I'll let y'all know what my doctor's response is, if and when I get feedback. Posted by Buffpuff on March 9, 2006 03:12 PM. Ooops, dieting missed dieting out my long list of other things they could put on the map along with heroin addicts needing methadone...the clinically depressed needing psycotherapists, carers for elderly parents with Alzheimer's needing extra help, breast cancer patients needing non-NHS approved drugs like Herceptin and so on and so forth.
