I was not disaappointed with the inside info, either. Very sound, very practical. And I can eat out in fast food restaurants if I chose the right meals. I am planning on following her diet plan..but have photo included one tablespoon of flax in my diet and some evening primrose oil. My hair and skin definitely look better. Time will tell if my weight actually starts to come off - but I am encouraged because I have been doing what I thought was right and having no results. Was this review helpful to you? This book goes into many specifics regarding EFA's, Omega 3s, 6s, and 9s and how eating the right fats can make you thin for life by jump starting fat burning systems in your body and also by assisting the insulin energy storage system in the body to help burn more fat. It may be as simple as eating the recommended foods and taking the proper supplements. I really liked that this book wasn't just about weight loss, but overall health and how the American diet has deteriorated so that it has promoted many diseases in the last 10 years. |
