Fat Cat is one of the Rescue Rangers' most frequent antagonists; them being rodents and him being a cat, they are natural enemies as well. Fat Cat hates dogs stuff and has even schemed to rid the city of every last canine. He wears a purple business suit and has a taste for expensive things. Although he belonged to the criminal Aldren Klordane in the stuff pilot episode, he is shown as a more independent animal in the rest of the series. Fat Cat's voice was provided by Jim Cummings, who was also the stuff voice of the show's other recurring villain, Professor Norton Nimnul. Fat Cat also appeared in the Rescue Rangers comic book published by Disney Comics in 1990, making his most prominent appearance in the multi-issue storyline "The King of Beasts Caper".
