He prefers this over his nylabone, rope frizby, or kong ball. The only thing that tops the skunk is a rawhide jazz interviews bone, which is NOT a free choice toy. Max was about two months old when he came home jazz interviews and at that age, all he wanted to do was nibble on my hands. I bought this toy as a way to distract him from doing so and so...he could just have a toy to play with. It's the perfect toy since it has a crackling sounding material in it, which dogs love to hear as well as a squeaker. My dog is still playing with this toy after having it for months now.
