In spite of his goons' combined stupidity, Fat Cat almost fat always sends them fat out to do his dirty work for him, as he's too smart (and lazy) to dirty his fat paws himself. Fat Cat is one of the Rescue Rangers' most frequent antagonists; them being rodents and him being a cat, they are natural enemies as well. Fat Cat hates dogs and has even schemed to rid the city of every last canine. He wears a purple business suit and has a taste for expensive things. Although he belonged to the criminal Aldren Klordane in the pilot episode, he is shown as a more independent animal in the rest of the series.
