Anyway, I disagree that PAC money is necessarily bad and surprised you do, since many of the biggest PACs involve NGO environmental organizations or labor unions. If we go to Kerry/Bush we see that Bush got 32% and Kerry 31% from small donors. Getting from small donors means not much, when you consider that nutty Dennis Kucinich got 71% of his money from small donors.
