Fat Cat is usually accompanied four minions, all of them not as intelligent as he is who include no charge an alley cat named Mepps, a lizard named Wart, a mole named Mole, and a rat named Snout. In spite of his goons' combined stupidity, Fat Cat no charge almost always sends them out to do his dirty work for him, as he's too smart (and lazy) to dirty his paws himself. Fat Cat is one of the Rescue Rangers' most frequent antagonists; them being rodents and him being a cat, they are natural no charge enemies as well. Fat Cat hates dogs and has even schemed to rid the city of every last canine. He wears a purple business suit and has a taste for expensive things. Although he belonged to the criminal Aldren Klordane in the pilot episode, he is shown as a more independent animal in the rest of the series. Fat Cat's voice was provided by Jim Cummings, who was also the voice of the show's other recurring villain, Professor Norton Nimnul.
